The Story of Radarsan

Radarsan is a high-tech enterprise specializing in remote sensing technologies. Our main fields of activity are Sensor Fusion, Radar and Artificial Intelligence (Deep Learning) projects. We work on value-added, export-oriented R&D projects with the motto “Sensing for Better”. Radarsan, which has been carrying out Research and Development activities in relevant fields since 2014, became a subsidiary of Defense Industry Technologies (SSTEK) Inc., an establishment of the Presidency of Defense Industries of the Republic of Turkey in 2022.

Turkic Republics / Gulf Countries Local Production & Technology Transfer Cooperation Studies Have Been Initiated

Trafidar was designed jointly with SSB, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police Department and entered into service in 2023.

Radarsan Became a SSTEK Affiliate of the Presidency of Defense Industries

Radarsan, which meets the investment criteria of the Republic of Turkey Presidency of Defense Industries SSTEK, has become a subsidiary.

2021
Gold Medal at Teknofest Istanbul International Invention Fair

Trafidar was awarded the Golden Medal at the ISIF'21 / 6th Istanbul International Invention Fair organized by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), IFIA (International Federation of Inventors' Associations), Ministry of Industry and Technology, and Turkish Technology Foundation.

2019
CoVision on the Toyota Production Line

The third product of the Artificial Intelligence Platform, the CoVision Autonomous (Unmanned) Quality Control System, was the first project to be selected for Digital Production purposes in Toyota Factories around the world, leaving behind Japanese, German and British competitors. 20+ different projects have been implemented to date.

ManPro Tested and Approved

ManPro, used in public safety as the second product of the Artificial Intelligence Platform, has been tested and approved, and the purchasing process has been initiated by the relevant security units.

2018
Prime Ministry Localization Executive Board

Trafidar became the first project to be supported by Teknoyatırım among 978 Imported Industrial Products causing high current deficit in the Prime Ministry Localization Executive Board.

Incubator Company of the Year

Radarsan was awarded as the Incubation Company of the Year at the Ministry of Defense Industry Teknopark Istanbul.

2017
Type Approval and Technological Product Experience Certificate

2017 Trafidar, our country's first Local and National Traffic Radar System, was awarded the Type Approval Certificate and Technological Product Experience Certificate by the Ministry of BST.

2016
Tree Lab Launched

An investment was made in a High Technology Lab for Software and Hardware R&D Activities.

Ministry of Defense Industry Teknopark Istanbul Incubation Center Established

Radarsan's Founding Partners, upon the invitation of SBB, left their professional work abroad and returned to our country and started the R&D work of Trafidar, the first product of the Artificial Intelligence Platform.
